Old Thiess: The Werewolf’s Trial

Old Thiess: The Werewolf’s Trial combines exploration, combat, and the intensity of a 2D platformer with the interactivity of a narrative game where the player's actions influence the outcome of the story. Inspired by a historical event, the game tells the story of the trial of Old Thiess, a 17th-century Livonian peasant accused of being a werewolf by the Church and authorities. Through his testimony during the trial, relive his exploits in Hell as he battles demons and witches serving a diabolical cult to protect the villagers of Jürgensburg. Depending on how well you perform, the villagers will either side with you or turn against you during the trial.
