Hearts of Iron IV: Trial of Allegiance is the first DLC for HoI4 focusing on South America. So far, South America has been the only continent available in the game that has not received DLC.
Hearts of Iron IV: Trial of Allegiance is scheduled for release on March 7, 2024.
The national trees of Argentina, Brazil and Chile will be rebuilt in HoI4: Trial of Allegiance, but Paraguay and Uruguay will also receive smaller changes.
In addition, new 3D models for the Brazilian army and new unit sounds in Brazilian Portuguese, Argentine Spanish and Chilean Spanish, among others, will be added to the game.
As with recent DLCs, an additional music track will be included with the add-on purchased in pre-order. In this case, it is the original instrumental composition Carnaval do Brasil.
